Summary of Qualifications

Senior Project Engineer/ Program Manager/ Engineering Manager/ RF expert.

Offering over 17 years of Management experience including 15 years as a Program, Project and Product Manager in the manufacturing, development and service of consumer and military product.  I have been involved with the full product life cycle, from inception to end of life removal for products produced domestically and internationally. I have gained great strengths throughout this time.

Teams I have served on have implemented the necessary actions to ensure that cost, quality, and delivery of products are continuously improved. This has been achieved by keeping detailed issues and actions lists, the use of concurrent engineering practices, Program Management principles, DFM, FMEA and other advanced statistical techniques, Lean Manufacturing concepts, TQM, strong technical aptitude, as well as constant communications to both upper management and direct reports. My experience as ISO9001 internal auditor and plant management representative has been invaluable.

I have maintained a proven track record of getting multiple projects completed on time and on budget throughout my career. I have also developed the necessary skills to keep team members motivated and to develop junior members into full contributors of the teams.  While having had the opportunity to work with great teams, I have learned to have constant respect for people, share a clear understanding of all team goals, and to develop metrics to track our progress against those goals.

I also have experience in the Design/Launch/Manufacturing of International products having been responsible for providing technical leadership for products shipped from Mexico, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore.  This has allowed me to work with diverse cultures and has made me appreciate and respect the talents of each.  I hold a BSEE and have completed MBA and MSEE courses for personal and professional enrichment as well as hold a United States design patent.
